Port Graham Strategic Community Development Plan
The Village of Port Graham, Alaska and the North Pacific Rim Housing Authority (NPRHA) have partnered in the development of a Five Year Strategic Community Development Plan for this native traditional village located on the Kenai Peninsula. The purpose of the plan is to provide guidance and policy for the Village of Port Graham related to its on-going Community Development in the face of on-going social and economic challenges.
HOPE Center Strategic Plan
ion community solutions is currently working with the HOPE Center in the development of a strategic plan for its two North Denver facilities. The HOPE Center on Elizabeth provides Early Childhood Education programs. The HOPE Center on Holly provides adult vocational training. The strategic plan will ensure that the HOPE Center’s mission and programs - so essential to the residents of north Denver neighborhoods - will continue to thrive.
East Y Vision Plan
ion community solutions is currently working the North City Park Civic Association in the development of the East Denver YMCA Visioning Process. The purpose of this work is to engage interested parties – the North City Park residents, businesses, institutions, and surrounding communities, property stake holders, visioning facilitators, visioning planners, and consultants - in a partnership to create a community based plan for the redevelopment of the East Denver YMCA.
