Former First Lady of Colorado, Frances understands how to forge mutually beneficial partnerships between for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has served as Associate Director of the Colorado Council on Economic Education and continues to champion efforts to encourage early intervention for children with developmental disabilities and remains actively involved with literacy and children’s programs throughout Colorado. She also has devoted much of her time and energy to a wide array of initiatives including the Key to the Cure, The Denver Hospice, the Kemp Foundation and Developmental Pathways - to name a just a few.
