Frank Bruno, 

Vice President: Western Disposal

Prior to taking his current position, Frank was Vice Chancellor for Administration at the University of Colorado. He has also served as Boulder’s City Manager and ran the day-to-day affairs of the local government. In addition, he served the city of Fort Collins as an Assistant City Manager for Administrative Services and economic development. He has extensive experience in the fields of management, human resources and urban redevelopment in Colorado, New England, and the east coast. This includes working as a senior manager with a company that redeveloped an historic naval shipyard into a thriving business center along the waterfront in New York City.
