Matt has directed many of Fort Collins’ most successful initiatives. As its director, Matt and the DDA use tax increment financing to encourage and complement private investment and public improvements. Matt works closely and collaboratively with developers, property owners, businesses, cultural and social institutions, and local government to promote responsible, exciting and high-quality urban place-making projects and programs.
