Rich has extensive experience in regional planning, community development and public administration. In addition to serving as Planning Director for Delta, CO., Rich was the Colorado Center for Community Development’s western slope director. Rich fully understands the power of collaborating with communities seeking to improve the places in which people live, work and recreate and building partnerships for sustainable communities both in urban and rural environments.
